At Charlotte Victoria, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase isn't quite right for you, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Please Note
Returned items must be free from smoke, odors, stains, and signs of wear. Items that are returned in an unsuitable condition may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided by our customer service team before sending an item back.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Jewelry
- Bodysuits
- Bralettes
- Hair accessories
- Hats and beanies
- Sunglasses
- Items marked "FINAL SALE"
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
If an item is marked as final sale at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for return unless required otherwise by applicable law.
